Reverend Mike Carr is a retired priest of the Diocese of Cheyenne, having been ordained for the diocese in 1968 along with three others. He is a native of Cheyenne and a graduate of Saint Mary’s High School. Reverend Mike Carr went to college and the seminary at Saint Thomas in Denver, and received a degree in guidance and counseling from the University of Wyoming. He has served parishes in Cheyenne, Casper and Torrington, was a counselor at St. Mary’s High School, and a Director of Saint Joseph’s Children’s Home. He serves on the boards for both St. Joseph’s Children’s Home and Catholic Charities of Wyoming, and has worked in the tribunal and the chancery office.
